Jean Thomason has captured the hearts and attention of children by developing the character of Miss PattyCake with her friend Nancy Gordon, a songwriter and mother from Mobile, Ala. More than 14 years ago, out of a deep vision within their “mother’s hearts,” these women created a way to teach little children about God’s love through simple, rhyming praise songs, Bible story songs, games and activities. Over the years that Thomason has spent as the Miss PattyCake character, she has created a genuine bond with the children and parents who know and love her.
